List your class and spec. Also list any other level 70 characters you have.	Druid, Feral. I also have a level 70 Shaman, Enhancement character. The Shaman is an alt and is fairly low geared.
List your professions, why you chose them, and how they are used in your raiding experience.	Leatherworking, Skinning. I use Leatherworking both to use drums in raids and to create armor kits. For drums, I typically use Drums of Battle during the raid so that dps can benefit from it. I have also maxed out my first aid, cooking and fishing skills.
If your spec is not a specific end game raiding spec (and you should know what these are for your class), mention why you have deviated from the spec, and what your spec brings to the table.	My spec is an end game spec.

List your raiding experience, both pre-TBC and for TBC, on all characters you have played.	Pre-TBC, I am afraid I have no raiding experience. I started WoW a bit late and did not hit level 60 until roughly a month before TBC came out. From there, I have raid experience in Karazan, Zul’aman, SSC. We have cleared all but Kael’thas on TK. We have cleared 4/5 MH, and 4/9 in BT.
List guilds you have previously been in, along with an officer from each guild I could contact to talk to about your performance.	My most recent guild is Tempest on the Shandris server. Unfortunately the guild just broke up, which is why I am looking for a new guild. The GM of Tempest is names Darkscatter, and please feel free to contact him to ask about my performance. Before that I was in a guild called The Core on Terenas. This was a guild I was in quite some time ago, and the GM of that guild quit the game. His name is Olin, but unfortunately he is out of contact.
What is your normal weekly play schedule?	I typically play each day of the week. On weekdays I always arrive before raid time (5:00pm pst). On weekends I am typically on, though will often take breaks in the afternoon or evening.
Do you know our raid schedule? How often do you feel you'd be able to make that schedule?	I did indeed read about your raid schedule and believe I would be able to make each raid listed.
When you are on your way to a raid, what consumables, and in what numbers, are in your bags?	I bring the following consumables: Elixir of Major Agility x20, Elixir of Major Fortitude x20, Flask of Fortification x2, Fisherman’s Feast x20. Depending on the raid makeup, I will either flask or use my other consumables. Typically I end up using my elixirs during the raid. Also, I always make sure I have a full stack of each of these (other than flasks) for each raid.
Please list all the mods you currently use.	I use the following mods: Omen, Deadly Boss Mods, Quickmark, Mobinfo. There are a number of other non-raid mods I use, which I would be happy to list if you are interested in them.
What do you do for a living? or, How do you spend your time outside of WoW?	I am a video game producer. I spend much of my off time playing WoW along with other games on occasion. I also enjoy reading books and listening to music.
Please list any members of Nephilim that would speak on your behalf.	I’m afraid I do not know anyone in Nephilim.
List your greatest WoW accomplishment.	For me, clearing SSC was the most exciting thing I have done in WoW. We worked on Lady Vashj for about 3 weeks solid, so it was a big moment for me when we downed her.
Here, list any other information that you feel is pertinent to your application.	Sadly, the guild that I am currently in just broke up. I am now obviously looking for a new guild, along with my wife, Fhina, who is also applying to your guild. I was the main tank in my previous guild and was always considered very reliable and friendly. I appreciate that same thing in others and honestly have issues with those that are not reliable or people that are plain rude or unfriendly. I do not have any problems with criticism and take it very well, but expect the same level of curtsey that anyone would expect from me. More than anything else I am looking for a stable guild that has good people.
Here list anything that you will be changing in your gear in the near future, and why it hasn't been changed yet. (EX: My weapon isn't enchanted yet. I just got it yesterday and I'm farming up money for one more shard, it'll be fixed by tomorrow.)	I have no planned changes at this time.
