Let me preface any responses to these questions by first saying that I don't have the time (I'm a medical student) or desire to be a full time Nephilim raider. I'm just looking to join a guild on CC that puts me in contact with the best players horde side for hardcore pvp and some casual pve. This may change with WOTLK release but this is at least my situation for the next 6months or so.

I'm currently a pvp spec because I spend most of my time pvping. I switch to an 11/5/45 (tanking) spec when I do ZA runs. |

I'm a medical student. I'm on rotations this year so my schedule varies widely. I may have 4 weeks of playing only once or twice a week or I may have 4 weeks of playing extensively every day. |

I logged out in my tank gear although I'm not currently protection spec. My shoulders aren't enchanted yet because I just picked them up a week or two ago and I haven't been doing much PVE recently. I can easily get them enchanted ASAP if this is an issue. |
